Welcome to Kala Gama, a platform dedicated to showcasing Sri Lankan local arts and crafts. By registering as an artist and listing your art on our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure your full understanding of the requirements and standards expected of artists on our platform.
- Appropriate Content: All artworks uploaded must adhere to ethical and cultural standards. Inappropriate content, such as explicit or offensive material, is strictly prohibited. Kala Gama reserves the right to remove or refuse any content that may be deemed unsuitable for our community.
- Honesty and Transparency in Art Listings: Artists are expected to provide accurate and truthful descriptions of their art, including materials used, size, dimensions, and other relevant details.
- Fair and Transparent Pricing: The price set for each artwork should reflect a fair and honest value, based on market standards.
- Transaction Standards: Every transaction proccessed will have a payout time period of 2 days to be verified by the admin
- Commitment to Quality: Kala Gama promotes high-quality, unique arts and crafts. Artists should ensure their art meets our standards of craftsmanship and originality.
- Communication and Customer Relations: Artists must be available to respond to buyer inquiries respectfully and promptly.
- Compliance with Legal Obligations: Artists are expected to adhere to all laws regarding e-commerce, copyright, and intellectual property.
- Account Suspension and Termination: Failure to adhere to these terms may result in suspension or termination of the artist's account.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: Kala Gama reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Privacy Policy
- Information We Collect: We collect account information, profile details, transaction data, and usage data to facilitate transactions and improve services.
- How We Use Your Information: Data is used to manage accounts, process orders, enhance services, and communicate updates and promotions.

Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging intact. Customized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact support within 14 days of receiving the item. Approved returns must be shipped back at the buyer's expense unless damaged upon arrival.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are processed once the item is inspected. Non-refundable cases include items not in original condition or returned after 14 days.
- Exchanges: Defective items are eligible for exchanges. Contact support within 14 days for exchange requests.
- Return Exceptions: Customized and final sale items are non-returnable.
